Four weeks in, with enough memories to live on

You've probably seen the memes: Check on you're traveller friends; we are not OK.

Actually, we may be faring better than you think.

Yes, we're probably getting a bit antsy. Some of us have been cooped up in our homes for way too long. (I've been working from home for 4 weeks.) And no amount of trips to the grocery store or walks in the neighborhood will make do.

Some of us are spending a good chunk of our time planning our post-confinement activities. We have a list of restaurants, museums and destinations.

But if you're following us on social media, you'll note that most of us are diving deep into our archives. We're turning to our memories as a form of self-care. Reminiscing about the past while thinking about how our lifestyle will be affected.

We're also following the news about the many places we've been to. Some countries hold special places in our hearts.

Things do not bode well for the travel industry. But only time will tell us how it will change post-quarantine.

Ti Val is the one who mentioned that he feels like he has made enough memories to live off on for a while. And so do I.

If there's one thing this pandemic has thought me is how important it is to live life fully. Regardless of our lifestyles. To do the things were curious about and have the experiences we dream about.

What's the first thing you'll do when we're allowed to go out or to travel again?
